4 FREE Chatbot Templates Worth $9,850+

Complete Voiceflow Course For Beginners

Hey,

If you are reading this, you are one of two people:

  1. You either subscribed to my AI Agency newsletter or

  2. You downloaded a chatbot template from my YouTube Channel.

This is the first edition of my newsletter, and I want to make it valuable. I've decided to start my newsletter and create YouTube videos again, as my agency has consistently made over $10,000 for the past 3 months.

In my latest video, I will share a Complete Voiceflow Course on how to build advanced AI chatbots from scratch through a series of chatbots.

  1. Customer Service Chatbot with Calendly and Gmail Integration deployed on Webflow

  2. Advanced eCommerce Chatbot with Zendesk and AirTable Integration deployed on Shopify Store

  3. Real Estate Chatbot with Calendly, Video Embed, Agent Handoff and Google Sheets Integration

  4. AI Concierge for Hotel with Google Maps Integration deployed on WhatsApp

And the best part? I’m giving away all these templates for FREE in my new Skool Community.

In this section, we will present the latest AI news that is relevant to businesses and AI agencies.

  • Klarna’s AI Assistant does the work of 700 people [$40 Million in profits]

Lately, I’ve been hearing AI won’t replace you, a person using AI will. That’s BS. Klarna’s one chatbot replaced 700 people (about 75% of the customer service team) and has increased efficiency (average conversation time has decreased from 11 minutes to 2). This is something to keep in mind for your next sales call.

  • How Many Companies Use AI (Latest Data)

As of 2023, 35% of businesses are using AI in their operations. Further, nearly 99% of Fortune 500 companies have already started using AI. This is an excellent opportunity to assist the remaining 65% of businesses in effectively implementing AI in their operations. The great news is that the majority of AI being used by businesses is in the form of customer service chatbots, which I have extensively covered in my tutorial.

  • Claude 3 Opus is so much better compared to the GPT-4 Turbo, which is evident on LMSys leaderboards, which means better language models for a more affordable price. Furthermore, Claude 3 Haiku is also faster and cheaper than the older GPT-4 model. Why should you care? Claude 3 models are now available in Voiceflow, making it easier to access and offer them at your Agency.

I wanted to share a lesson that I learned while taking my agency to $10,000 a month. This lesson changed the way I operate my agency and advise other agency owners.

If you watched my videos from the "Building a Million Dollar AI Agency in 30 Days Challenge," you might have noticed that I was offering Demo Chatbots for businesses to try for 14 days before they paid.

I got this strategy from influencers in our niche. You might have heard some of these ideas: "provide free value," "get your foot in the door," and "chatbot is your Trojan horse." I thought it was genius to use the principle of reciprocity (from the book "Influence").

Do you know what my mentor said when I explained what I was doing? He said ‘You’re a fool if you didn't value your work’. He's right! Over 80% of the businesses I sent demos ghosted me or copied my work after I spent hours building custom integrations.

So, does that mean you shouldn't provide anything for free? I didn't say that. There's always a place for freebies. For example, in my tutorial, I'm giving away four templates that have made me thousands in the last few months. However, it's different than creating custom chatbots with custom integrations and giving them away for free.

You have to value your work enough to charge at least 50% upfront. That's what I've been doing for the past three months, and it has been working great.

A couple of exceptions to this would be if you already know them personally or a mutual connection of some kind or don’t expect payment from them, you just need feedback or testimonials.

Every week I will share one FREE Course I went through previously, that I really like and find knowledgeable. This week I want to start with “ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers

It teaches you how to use language tools to build powerful applications quickly. You will learn best practices for prompt engineering and how to use language tools for summarizing, sentiment classification, topic extraction, translation, spelling and grammar correction, and more.

You'll also learn how to write effective prompts. The course includes numerous examples of hands-on learning.

Every week, I will share with you three No-Code Tools that I use at my agency, GreyMatterAI.

  1. Voiceflow, a chatbot builder that is currently being used by some of the world's best brands, with over 250,000 teams. I have built and sold over 90% of my chatbots using Voiceflow. Creators like Liam Ottley have even made $100k/mo SaaS (AI Liam) on Voiceflow.

  2. Make, which is my go-to automation tool. It is much more affordable compared to Zapier and is easier to use. What’s an AI Automation Agency without an awesome automation tool?

  3. Voiceglow, a SaaS that helps level up your Voiceflow. They can help you make your chatbots look beautiful, embed calendly, videos, or any website you want. You can even add features like letting users upload files or transfer to human agent features effortlessly.

Thank you for reading my first edition. Next week, I am planning to add a section that teaches a prompt which can be helpful for your agency.

Your feedback is valuable. Respond to this email and tell me how you think I could add more value to this newsletter.
